Oh my god, when she broke down and stopped singing causing the rest of the team to step in until she recovered is quite a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming _and_ Awesome. I laughed not because it was funny but because it was unexpectedly epic seeing them cover for her like that. I've never seen camaraderie like that in the musical world ever in my life.
+Carin-rin H it's sung almost every year, down to everyone joining in, but because their mikes weren't even adjusted when they covered her at that moment, i wouldn't think the way it played out is what they intended.
+Vinco: To reinforce your point, 7th (2012) was the first time that was sung and only the shadows of the other members are projected onto the stage screen without them singing. During 8th, it was at the first location and sung solo. During SSA, they only joined in day 2 at the Lalala portion. During 9th this was the only time she sung it out of 3 locations. The only time any of the main song was sung is during this. == I was at the sixth row and I could see the reactions from Nuu and Asapon, who literally opened their mouth in shock. Mingosu isn't known for breaking down on stage because she's performed so much. The recording couldn't pick it up, but actually the crowd sung along too when Mingosu broke. It literally became a new Yakusoku. The break-down was also mentioned in iM@STUDIO, and iM@STATION, the two radio shows running at that time, stating that the breakdown was not rehearsed.
Asami Imai can move mountains with her singing. She pours her feelings out and everyone get absorbed by them. I can see all the girls getting really emotional in this performance. I think Azumi was crying as much as Mingosu.
It melts my heart watching the part where the others suddenly take over singing for Asami because the microphones weren't turned up enough at first meaning that wasn't meant to happen, but they didn't care, they saw their friend in need and offered their support! Im@s is just one huge family
