中秋节快到了,一起来做“绿豆糕”,不用烤箱,不用等回油,清爽不腻。只需4种材料即可做绿豆糕本体。整个过程最久就是等浸泡绿豆,不想等也可以放冰箱隔夜浸泡,醒来隔天继续做。采用了纯绿豆,蜂蜜和牛油炒一下即可。做好放冰库冷冻一下口感更佳,保存了绿豆本身的金黄色和纯清香, 淡淡奶香和蜜甜,里面包上低糖莲蓉馅和烤香脆的瓜子来搭配。比起传统月饼,绿豆糕口感更清爽香醇甜美,大人小孩都喜欢。
收藏方式:做好收密封容器,放冰库冷冻30分钟后立刻吃口感最佳。要保存更久,收冰库冷冻,吃前解冻保持不干。要新鲜,建议3天内吃完。
Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner, let's make "Mung Bean Cake" together, no oven, no need to wait oil return, refreshing and not greasy. Only 4 ingredients needed to make mung bean cake itself. The longest time in the whole process is to wait mung beans soaking. If you don’t want to wait, you can put them in normal fridge to soak overnight, and continue next day after waking up. Pure mung beans, honey and butter are used to stir fry just awhile. Best eaten after freeze awhile, which retains golden color and pure fragrance of the mung beans, with light milky flavor and honey sweetness. Inside is filled with less sweet lotus paste and roasted crunchy melon seeds to match. Compared with traditional mooncakes, mung bean cakes are even more refreshing, mellow and sweet taste, which is loved by adults and children.
Storage method: Put in airtight container, freeze for 30 minutes, and serve immediately for the best taste. To keep it longer, freeze in the freezer and thaw before eating to keep them from drying out. For freshness, suggest finish eating within 3days.
 
♦Ingredients食材 =12pcs Mung Bean Cakes绿豆糕=(50g Mooncake Mould月饼磨)
=Mung Bean Skin绿豆皮 (12pcs, 30g/pc)=
156g Split Mung Beans (Remove skin) 绿豆半(去皮)
65g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油
65g Honey 蜂蜜
0.5g Salt 盐
25-30g Water (to adjust consistency) 水(调和浓稠度)
= Fillings馅料 (8pcs, 25g/pc)=
200g Less Sweet Lotus Paste 低糖莲蓉馅
40g Roasted Melon Seeds 烤香瓜子

For freshness suggest to eat within one week ya. As for the fillings, if you cook your own fillings, depends on how much moisture within, the more moisture the faster it will spoil ya.

建议你直接做成形后再收冰库冷冻哦,不然绿豆容易干哦,因为绿豆是淀粉容易老化

冰皮月饼也是建议放冰库冷冻较好,因为里面有很多淀粉容易老化,放冰库可以保持柔软不干哦
