製作過程:
將番茄橫著切成片兒,去除中間的籽,將籽放在碗中備用
將番茄籽,雞蛋,鹽,糖,胡椒 混合均勻
平底鍋中油熱後放入番茄圈圈,將雞蛋倒入圈中,煎熟兩面後撒上韭菜末, 出鍋
