The fast food restaurants in HK is similar to US. I often order Hashbrown and pancakes in McDonald for my breakfast 😋 . I also think no one in HK will have their first date in Pizza Hut, just not romantic and very noisy😅

Last time we went back to Taiwan, passed by a Pizza hut and chatted with the staff there. Their pizza had numerous flavors, steaks, bacon, sausage, shrimp, octopus, boba, sweet and sour pork, kimchi bbq pork etc. You name it, they have it. You can also order a large pizza with four different flavors. Too bad we just had lunch. Promised we would go back but never had the chance. 😅😅😅 Love McDonald’s big breakfast,they have the best hash browns!

When I first moved to China I was surprised at how different the McDonald’s menus were to England (and how most dominoes pizzas had egg on them?!). Even little things like the amount of chicken nuggets in a box!

在香港的Pizza Hut不會只有pizza賣,還會有蒜蓉飽、意粉、燴飯、湯、雞翼、小吃等，應該沒有牛扒。至於KFC , 每隔一段時間就會想食它的炸雞，好喜歡香香脆脆的皮；還有我好鍾意它的蘑菇飯，必食。甜品葡撻也很喜歡。美國的KFC 應該都沒有這些吧！很多時星期六、日早上老公會買MC Donald 早餐給我和兒子吃。有時lunch 不想吃飯也會去麥當勞吃個漢堡飽。‘豬柳蛋漢堡’飽是我比較喜歡吃的。現在才知道，😂原來漢堡牛肉的才叫漢堡飽。Starbucks 我比較少幫襯，多數是要攝時間才會去飲杯咖啡。

主要是不會有意外的價格出現，尤其去到愛搞客人的著名觀光區。比例太高的新聞見過報，我看就只好用這招。結帳時那些無菜單料理，可能有被嚇到的價格出現。或是一碗湯裡面只有可憐的小小蛤蜊幾顆塞牙縫的！

Pizza hut in singapore is restaurant base. Kfc don't have biscuits. And Macdonald breakfast meal is the same.

披薩店在台灣都是小店，有的甚至只有賣外帶，也是人多聚餐時候的選項。KFC的蛋撻算好吃，炸雞就不太健康要少吃。

Me too! I like instant coffee and "cheap" coffee, not too fancy about the varieties. I guess it may be because of my first tastes of coffee available when I was young. Some coffee machines do really make better coffee than others.

刚买了必胜客的披萨，烤肠排队9寸+榴莲啵啵块块9寸，堂食一共63 RMB，必胜客装修确实好一点，但是一般带小朋友去的多或者家人，很少有人去那里约会吧 😂

Yeah there is no competition between American KFC Pizza Hut McDonald vs China's version. 100% prefer China's KFC Pizza Hut and McDonald! Also Pizza Hut in China is more of a dine in restaurant vs American Pizza Hut that is mostly take out. You rarely see dine in anymore at Pizza Hut. Glad you guys enjoyed visiting Kansas City and Genghis Khan! There are still more great restaurants in KC to try next time!

Hawaiian pizza uses pineapple and ham, I personally can't get use to MC or BK. Prefer burger from most local restaurants in the US, it just taste better made fresh by their cook or chef and not like prepackage burger like most franchises uses.

I ate lunch in Pizza Hut in Hong Kong couple years ago. It’s set lunch with appetizer, main course, dessert and drink that cost me around US$10.00. You can’t find anything like this in US. 😋😋😋

I remember back in the day when KFC had "Toonie Tuesdays" in Canada where you would get a carton with two pieces of chicken (usually a drumstick + thigh) and a side of fries for $2. Speaks to the rate of inflation from about two and a half decades ago to now. Pizza Hut's cheese-filled crust is the best, turns the least appetizing part of the slice to the part you're most looking forward to eating.

Pizza really is a culture divider between US and China. In US it's a lazy meal solution unless you are talking about true Italian pizzas. In China, it is treated as a legit fancy meal.

Starbucks coffee costs Sgd$8 in Singapore. Plus basic stuff like sandwiches, spaghetti, chicken pie, spinach puff w fancy french name, for a family of 4 to 6 could easily hit 80 to 100 bucks, and not even filling. Better eat at Macs, Kfc, Pizza Hut and Chinese restaurant, money worth. At Local Coffee shops u get heavenly coffee, for only a dollar fouty cents.

Another major difference in KFC between China and the US is that the Chinese KFC has Portuguese Egg Tart. Actually not only in China but also in other Asian countries, like Thailand, KFC offers the most delicious Portuguese Egg Tart. Sometimes I wonder why KFC in the US doesn't have it. It would be very popular because most American have sweet tooth!
