No place in the world is perfect. Just 3 month hot is ok, plus if you live near ocean, not in the middle band of Florida, not as hot and humid as you think:) Sarasota and nearby Tampa area are great and dream place to retire. I am in west Palm beach area, also great and dream place too. I don’t think any other places in the world are better than ours, haha 😊
It is not true. I live in Naples Florida and I only pay $2,000 a year. My house is inside a nice community, it was built in 2003. It is a 2 story 2,500 sqft house. As long as you have a relatively new tile roof ( we changed our tile roof in 2020). You are fine. We also have an investment single family house in a guarded, gated golf course community called “Eastwood” near University of Central Florida-only paying $1,600 a year. Florida is still very good for investment property or winter homes. Orlando is best since it is situated at the center of Florida and usually not affected by hurricanes
好收拾,好打扫,紧凑,费用大大的减少,heating and cooling, tax and upkeep大减。
