As an Orthodox Christian, we're awaiting Christmas now, but I wanna say Merry Christmas to all of you brothers and sisters! Great song by the way, loved it Is there any possibility we might get some more xibei folks songs in the future? The ones like Ma Bufang's Lejiawan and similar. I used to study in Lanzhou and I'm very interested in the culture of northwest, especially music, it would be great if there are more songs from that area

The more proper translation for 掌權 should be "to reign" or in the phrase, LORD God reigneth or reigns. The title of the song should be "LORD God reigns" or "Jehovah God reigns" or "YHWH God reigns"
