Light soy sauce, water (sufficient), Sugar (sufficient), oyster sauce / abalone sauce (little), green onion & parsley (infuse flavour), fried garlic fragrant oil. A side Chilli Sambal Paste Sauce is important to goes with the steam rice rolls. Looks simple but many steps to make a perfect combination. Ingredients: Dried Chilli & Fresh Chilli (Blender coarsely), soaked dried shrimp (blender mince), sugar, oyster sauce, shallots (mince coarse), garlic mince, light soy sauce (stir fried in oil till separate), taste and canned for use.

No it’s different, corn flour is using for staple food, cornstarch is using for marinating and bakery. Their production we can distinguish for the corn flour just grinding into powder directing and cornstarch is not just grinding but soaking and separating, silty fine.
