While losing 135 pounds over the last 18 months (while others were slowly adding "COVID weight" to their woes), I adopted a "don't just stand there" attitude, burning calories all day long in any way that I could. This has become my new favorite dance to do while hanging out in the kitchen, waiting for the water to boil for my coffee or tea or waiting for a meal to heat up in the microwave - just the right amount of time for most of those activities.
