Thank you for bringing up the most important topic in recent traveling/cruising!! Personally I would fly to the departure city at least one day earlier.
Hi Nick, thanks for the valuable information as always! Hopefully the situation at airport & airlines will improve in fall as we will be traveling & cruising then.
Sir Dr Cruise what an excellent idea of bringing up the topic of Comprehensive Travel Insurance / Trip Cancellation --- Interruption for security reason always a good idea of arriving the Departure port minimum 2 days prior to sailing for sight seeing and R & R your advices are invaluable many thanks
Hi doctor. Thanks for giving us tips for traveling on a cruise. By the way when you said 奧蘭多 Orlando(2:05)I am quite sure you meant Port Canaveral as the picture shows. As you know Orlando is not a seaport. Someone suggested subtitles on your videos. I think it will be a great idea. It will certainly gain viewership 😊👍
The problem is the CO19 test. Over the time line very expensive. And call for help waiting over 3hrs.plus last minute booking hotel. Wow,that's unforgettable experience in March this year my Panama cruise.

We are in similar situation. Just spend one night as an insurance 😅 If it weren’t for the recent worldwide chaos regarding flights, I probably won’t fly out the night before. 想玩得安心,今次唯有花多少少錢😅
We went to Alaska in May. I brought a few light long sleeves, regular pants, beanies, a wind breaker and a light down. It was high 60s when we were there and had it not because I brought the down all the way from California I wouldn’t have even put it on. Unless you are planning on going at the very beginning or end of season, there is no need for heavy jackets. Good luck and have fun.
I just finished my Alaska cruise on 7/9. The weather is above 60. Bring long sleeve and light jacket or packable down jacket as the layers for the early morning or late night otherwise summer clothing should be work during daytime. No need to have lots of layers.
@@janelouie2153 Thank you. I forgot to mention that I last went to a similar itinerary about a decade ago in July and it was rainy and chilly. I had a down vest but feel I could use more layers. This time I’m heading early Sept so I was worried that it would be even cooler. You are right, this time I’ll bring a light down for sure. What shoes did you bring? I’m considering causal slip on for most of the time on the ship, a pair of pumps for dinner, but I’m debating if I need waterproof hiking shoes for ports, which could be very bulky…
@@fmac336 Thanks for your tips. I’m going early September. I’ll definitely bring a packable down this time, last time I went in July and I thought my down vest was good enough. I couldn’t stay out on the deck for long as it was chilly. Boy was I wrong 😓
@@MeowMeow-vo9cj since we've been to Alaska before too, we skipped most of the touristy sites and went straight up the mountains. It was beautiful. We didn't bring any heavy duty boots just regular running shoes. We did run into a few slow running creeks, very shallow, and had to blow dry our shoes when we got back on the boat. Not a big deal.
Just return from Norwegian Cruise ! And found out some of my friend test positive ! All crews wore mask while most of passengers did not put on mask ! 😀😀😀
It happened to my friend. He booked the flight through NCL, but the airline canceled the flight a day before the departure. NCL didn't take the responsibility for this, he has to solve it by himself. Finally, he found 7 connecting tickets and paid extra $1000 for each person one way to make them on board. He was frustrated, it's not kidding.
This information I got from NCL website : Schedule changes after tickets have been issued Any air itinerary schedule change initiated by the airline in excess of *72 hours* prior to your travel date will be managed by NCL. A schedule change communication containing your new flight information will be sent to the email on file.
