好多人覺得 SAD 係「心態問題」,或者「心態決定一切」,其實唔係 SAD (seasonal affective disorder) 係因為冬季而短暫出現嘅情緒問題,都係「患病」嘅一種,講白啲係「季節性心理病」,可以話係一種心理低潮期 認真.....如果覺得自己或者身邊嘅人有 SAD,係有好多方法可以減輕同幫助渡過症狀: 1.運動,等身體自然製造多啲快樂荷爾蒙 (多巴胺) 2.呼吸下新鮮空氣,窗邊睇下風景,甚至行出去試下赤腳踩草地,感受下同周圍環境嘅連結。我自己覺得有一個方法好有效:踩單車,it makes me feel like I'm part of the city.😊 3.室內天然精油擴香 (點香薰 - 記得唔好用錯人工香精!!),可用佛手柑 Bergamot、西柚 Grapefruit、檸檬 Lemon、甜橙 Sweet Orange,幫助過渡SAD winter blue問題 4.飲食定時,蔬果水份充足,comfort food適可而止🙈 5.中醫角度會話「秋收冬藏」,冬天收埋自己抖下瞓下其喺無錯😂 冬天就快完.....記得多啲照顧自己同身邊人呀🧡
Good weather makes a difference. One can enjoy outdoor natural scenry n activities with sunshine, one can feel more refreshed n energised. You feel confident n healthy. Depression will disappear. On top you socialise n engage in insightful conversation, life would be meaningful n substantial.
