菜脯煎蛋
材料:
菜脯一包
雞蛋3隻
處理:
1. 菜脯,用滾水浸半小時或以上,去除鹹味。
2. 菜脯,清水洗乾淨,揸乾水分。
3. 菜脯,切細粒。
烹調:
1. 白鑊,無油,放菜脯,中慢火烘乾水分,壓一壓菜脯。
2. 轉慢火,加入油半茶匙,煎脆菜脯,放碗內。
3. 雞蛋,打勻。
4. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
5. 放一半蛋漿落鑊,加入菜脯煎香,再加入剩餘的蛋漿。
6. 蛋餅一面已煎金黃色,反轉再煎。
7. 蛋餅兩面都已煎至金黃色,上碟。
8. 完成,可享用。
Omelet with salted and dried radish
Ingredients:
Salted and dried radish 1 pack
Eggs 3 Nos.
Preparation:
1. Salted and dried radish, soak in boiled~up water for 30 minutes or more to remove the salty tastes.
2. The radish, rinse thoroughly. Squeeze it.
3. The radish, dice in small cubes.
Steps:
1. The wok, with no oil, put the radish in it. Fry it at medium~low flame. Squeeze the radish lightly.
2. Turn to low flame, add in 0.5 tsp of oil, fry the radish until it is crispy. Put in a bowl.
3. The eggs, get them whisked.
4. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
5. Pour half of egg syrup in wok. Add in radish, fry well. Add in the remaining syrup.
6. One side of egg pie has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying.
7. Both sides of the egg pie have been fried into golden yellow, put on plate.
8. Complete. Serve.

刚试了跟你的方法煎 我第一次煎的菜脯蛋大家都说很美 哈哈 不过菜脯自己浸太久了 没味道 下次再改进 哈哈
