⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 薑蔥蠔煲: 材料: 生蠔2桶 薑1舊 蔥幾札 處理: 1. 蠔,用1湯匙生粉撈勻,清除污漬,洗淨,擎乾水。 2. 預備芡汁: a. 蠔油2湯匙 b. 生粉1/2茶匙 c. 糖1茶匙 3. 蠔已擎乾水,放入碗中,用大滾水,拖水30秒,擎乾水。 4. 蔥,切去頭尾,洗淨。 5. 薑,刮去皮,洗淨。 6. 蔥切段。 7. 薑,切薄片。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油。 2. 爆香薑蔥。 3. 另一邊,燒熱煲仔。 4. 廚紙索乾蠔。 5. 蠔加入1/2生粉撈勻。 6. 薑蔥撥向鑊邊,加入1湯匙油,大火燒熱。 7. 放蠔落鑊,炒勻,加入芡汁,炒1分鐘至開始收汁,轉過去煲仔。 8. 薑蔥墊底,放好蠔,開大火煮滾,完成。 Claypot oysters: Ingredients: Oysters 12 taels Ginger 1 No. Green onion Preparation: 1. Ginger, cut in thin slices. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at high flame in wok. 2. Fry spring onion and ginger. 3. Heat up pot on the other side. 4. Dry oysters with kitchen towel. 5. Mix oysters well with 1/2 tsp tapioca starch. 6. Push ginger and spring onion to the edge of wok. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok. 7. Fry well oysters in wok. Put sauce, fry for 1 minute, until sauce has been torally absorbed. Get ready to put everything into pot. 8. Put ginger and spring onion in pot first, then the oysters, ginger and spring onion. Heat up at high flame. Serve.
