新年过了。不过,还是好想念新年饼干的口味,尤其是我从小到大最爱的“蝴蝶结饼干”,也称为“炸麻叶”。每次都买现成的,今天新尝试从头开始做,连面团也自制吧。哈哈~而且,做了两款形状,蝴蝶结型和扇子型饼干~ 超黑芝麻蛋味,香脆可口,脆到掉渣~
CNY is over. However, I still miss the taste of New Year cookies, especially my favorite "Ribbon cookies", also known as "fried sesame leaves". Last time we often buy ready-made pastry. Today first time trying to make them from scratch, even the dough is homemade. 30克 细纱糖
3克(3/8茶匙) 盐
1.5克(½茶匙) 黑芝麻
½ 鸡蛋/ 1蛋黄
