我就係古晉人~喺東馬砂拉越(sarawak)嗰邊呀,叻沙 (sarawak laksa) &kolo mee 如果外地人來真係要試,仲有好多美食嘅~不過唔同店會有區別,要識揾正宗好味嘅。重点:東馬同埋西馬嘅叻沙&kolo mee 都係唔同㗎~西馬有啲地方嘅叻沙都係唔同㗎,譬如檳城、吉隆坡~你食嘅第二間叻沙好明顯係curry laksa,係西馬嗰邊嘅叻沙。多謝你介紹大馬食物~🥰
Both Laksa are not comparable. They are two different Laksa. First one is Sarawak Laksa from East Malaysia (without tau foo pok) and the second one is the Laksa found in West Malaysia, whether in Penang, Ipoh or Kuala Lumpur. 🤣🤣🤣
The first is East Malaysia Sarawak Laksa and second is normal curry laksa. Both are different type and taste of laksa so can't be make comparison in this way. :)
Original Kolo Mee is not sour at all, but I noticed YOU have put in all the sour chillies including vinegar 6:40 , that's why you said the noodle is sour. Some Malaysians take a little chillies to pair with the noodles or Char Siu, not to pour the vinegar into the noodle. 😂😂😂
the one she has is not 叻沙is curry laksa, and the 高佬面is from Sarawak we call it Golok mee, laksa is not famous in Sarawak but Golok mee yes. 吉仔soda not our famous drink but may be hers
