謝謝 Dr. Grace 的分享。我查過一般食物和飮料的pH值,我發現很多都是少於7(酸性)的,如黑咖啡和茶的 pH 值是5。一餐之中很少會沒有帶酸性的食物。我想請問 1. 若在吃早餐之前和之後都刷牙有沒有問題呢? 2. 我常在睡前吃一個獼猴桃或蘋果但是等不到半小時後刷牙才睡。可否先用 baking soda 加水漱口去中和酸性才刷牙呢?若是可以,要用多少 baking soda 加多少水漱口和漱口多久才能刷牙呢?我的早餐也常有酸性的食物(香醋,沙拉,藍莓,檸檬汁等),若等不到半小時才刷牙可否先用 baking soda 加水漱口才刷牙呢?或有沒有一些鹼性的飲料介紹我可以先喝才立刻去刷牙呢?謝謝。
Thank you Dr. Grace for the useful information. Since I am retired already therefore I have time to brush teeth when I get up and I don't eat until noon time because I am on a 16/8 diet. I usually waterpik and brush teeth after my first meal and do all three after dinner. I brush so much because unfortunately I do have gum disease. I didn't take care of my teeth when I was young.😒 I also wonder between Proenamel Sensodyne and just plain Sensodyne tooth paste, which one would you recommend? Because you have recommended these both in your different videos. Thank you very much. 🌹❤👍
