西斯特瑪的三個教學支分(school)，幫助人們全面掌握這項技藝。external school教導學生如何運用力量壓制敵人；internal school教導研究敵人並如何依此進行作為。closed school則指導學生1不要有敵人。這三個教學支分共同構成了西斯特瑪的完整和全面性。影片中的說明是用level1,2及3分別代表external,internal及closed school.
