Hong Kong must restore its own agricultural and industrial sector because there is no way can any kind of society live without these two sectors since they serve as a mean to let those who can't or not capable of study to live a decent life. Land is not a problem for these sectors (we'vs got lots of vcacant factories or small-mid scale industries) and agricultural land. So, why not?
