赤しそでゆかりを作る　Make a connection with red perilla 

赤ジソを沢山収穫して、ゆかりを作りました。
手間はかかりますが、とても香りがよく、
美味しいゆかりができました。
【赤ジソふりかけ　ゆかり】
赤ジソ　1キロ
塩　　　100g×2
酢　　　150cc
I harvested a lot of red jiso and made a connection.
