As a nurse, 我會建議你飲足夠水份先好沖涼。 如果有心血管問題嘅人,朝早(特別係冬天)去沖涼係好危險,日本臨床數據顯示心肌梗塞好多時都係依啲情況下發生。 瞓覺期間其實好多細胞組織係會有脫水嘅狀態,所以起身嘅時候血液濃度會較高,去沖涼嘅話對心臟負荷會好大,所以為咗減低依個風險就係飲水啦。 而你起身仲會做運動加速體液流失,就更加需要飲水啦!
