@@jamesgohigh26 If got it from the AD directly in each country & under warranty, you can call your "Customer Service Manager" to bring back to shop for the first-cut troubleshooting by local watch technician (local guy). 2nd round issue again, your watch will send back to Swiss Workshop there for two months and come back to you. Not allowed to return your purchased item to in-country AD since the Sales Agreement has mentioned it. If you want to ask for the Warranty extension, you have to check with in-country AD to top-up it for you (Typically will get rejected but you directly write email to HQ customer service to submit your request and attached the rest of Watch fans have the same issue caused by watch manufacturer) . Blancpain uses its own proprietary watch movement and it is hard to find the 3rd party experienced watch technician with original parts to fix the watch. Once warranty is expired and does not honor by AD in terms of watch quality , it always has a big headache to make it right (from your own pocket to pay for the repairing expenditure).
