There should be a RU-vid rule: if you make something, then end the show with the finished product. There’s no proof your technique is worth anything other than wasting my time watching your video.
The finished item is the center large "mushroom cap" at 8 seconds. It seems a Japanese style to show the finished item first, then show the steps to make that item.
