LVMH維修中心去過幾次,由於疫情關係隻Zenith冇乜點戴過腕錶並已過了保養期,及後有一天將錶戴上手發覺個蝴蝶扣開關不順暢和星期那個位置常常早跳了一日,於是落太子御一錶行查詢有關維修事宜....由於疫情時間錶行著我將錶留下來待他們儲夠相當數量和相關代理品牌的手錶才一次發送到鰂魚涌LVMH的維修中心!如是者等了兩個星期仍然音訊全無,於是我便氣沖沖落了御一查詢有關隻錶是否已送上維修部並查詢維修費用!點知隻錶仍然存放在錶行😡當時真係一把火,太子搭地鐵去鰂魚涌要幾耐?我仲以為隻錶要送去瑞士維修😂於是我向御一查詢維修部個地址?錶行叫我自己上網搵🤣氣急敗壞我行落去附近的東方錶行詢問因為東方有代理其集團其它品牌的腕錶。等候片刻得到其維修中心地址便拿錶到上址維修,LVMH維修師傅檢查腕錶後告知星期位置因為有一條彈弓斷了所以會出現快跳情況換一條新既彈弓便可,而蝴蝶扣他就建議換個新既給我。我問番維修部隻錶二年我只戴過三次為何會出現這種情況?姑勿論解釋是否真的但他們承諾兩個星期便可完成整個維修並會發電郵通知我取錶。結果承諾兌現並不收取我維修費用。我並在總代理投訴相關錶行的服務!那有道理錶行銷售員叫客人自己上網查維修中心地址😂雖然事後該錶行有聯絡我並道歉,但我已經將御一錶行black list
Thank you, I bought a franck muller overseas in Jan 2022, but my butterfly clasp is broken in Sep. I first went to the store to ask how I can pay for services, they asked me to contact their Service centre as my watch was not purchased at ther store. Then the service centre replied me that it is impossible to provide service for my watch as it was bought overseas instead of HK. I was shocked I could not even pay for service.......
