Thanks for the Heads Up. I like climbing up the back of Shiroishi and going alibg the green line and then up and over Shomaru in the same day. I ride all the way from central Tokyo. Have you ridden from Sakura Dam in chichibu to Arima Dam near Shomaru? That's quite an adventure.
Rather than taking the regular route from Musashi Itsukaichi Station try going via Mashroom (mushroom) Center. Virtually no cars and 17% slope in parts! Exits on main road near Tomin no Mori rest area.
Mark Kadillak yeah that’s Kazahari rindo you talking about right? I don’t ride in this area very often, couple of friends had a little tt-event there yesterday. Usually ride up around Chichibu
+Mark Kadillak yeah, Shiraishi is my “home climb” (live near) it’s closed now until February btw. There loads of other climbs up to the green line you can use instead though
