Thank you for watching. In the case of Japan, the size of heavy equipment, dump trucks, etc. will be decided depending on whether you drive on public roads or move only on site. As you know, there are many individual owners at the crushed stone site in Japan, and it is difficult to permit development that is too vast. Therefore, we will run on public roads from the quarry and transport them to the construction site, so we will use vehicles that are within the limits of the Japanese Road Traffic Law. However, there are many narrow places, so it is not possible to use only large vehicles. Currently, the mainstream heavy machinery in quarries in Japan is 0.7m3 class or 1.2m3 class.
@@user-gq2fl5zq2x Ah right, yeah we can only carry max 36 tonnes on rigid trucks with 5 axles or less anything with more than 5 axles can carry way more here on public roads in Ireland.🇮🇪 How many tonnes can you carry on these trucks you're loading in the video? Thanks for replying back, and keep safe during this pandemic. 👍😁
@@roadrash90Thank you roadrash90. In Japan, there are detailed restrictions under the Road Traffic Law. Basically, the total vehicle weight is limited to 20 tons or less. Therefore, if the vehicle weight is 11 tons, the maximum load capacity is 9 tons. When running on public roads, this restriction is strict, and in order to be a full-fledged Japanese heavy machinery operator, it is required to load 10 units and a fixed amount of 10 units. The passing line is about plus or minus 300 kg. So, no more or less than that can be exposed from the quarry.
