Thanks so much for all your wonderful great service. I am never disappointed when I fly with EVA. The best airline that I have ever flown. You take care of us from the time of check in till boarding, and even guiding us to our transfer gates when in Taipei. Congratulations on your Sky Trax 5 star rating, it's well deserved... Kam

Inflight product maybe 4 STARS. But check-in staff especially in New York's JFK are very rude and very unprofessional. Sorry EVA, in order for you to fully achieve 5 star rating you need put competent and professional people at your first line of contact to your customers. And that is the passenger Check-in Counters. Not just some arrogant college drop outs that doesn't know how to facilitate your passengers. Thats why you are still an underrated airline.
