Yes indeed China Govt have been helping many countries around the world including African countries to improve their citizen's knowledge that have been improving their living standard, and their country's Standard of Living. That was completely different from certain country have been promoting conflicts/wars around the world for their own country's military weapon manufacturers at the expenses of millions innocent lives around the world such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Gaza, etc etc.
其實中國現在的外交實行了《論語．里仁》：「子曰：『德不孤，必有鄰。』」---什麼意思? 中國製造及外交是利人亦利己/助人亦助己---老美西方沒有中國5千年文明, 怎曉得? 還有呀《墨子·15章 兼爱(中)》：「夫爱人者，人必从而爱之；利人者，人必从而利之；恶人者，人必从而恶之；害人者，人必从而害之。」中國製造及外交既幫助南南諸國/東盟/非洲之基建, 利人者也! 老美西方, 哈! 高高在上/指指點點/吃盡對方紅利/近年連骨頭也不給人吃---老美西方害人者，人必從而害之---怎麼說?, 整篇文章都看不到跟南南及相關諸國平起平坐, 助人助己的精神---各位, 再看一次「利人者，人必从而利之」---大前提中國製造及外交係先利人呀!!!傻仔老美西方及始終無法理解?! 可憐可哀可悲, 用上一句英文來自大家一起共勉之: Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit.
