假日期間, 大家少不免會參加派對, 今次我同大家分享一個非常簡單易做的甜品 - 伯爵茶奶凍, 配埋自家製糖漿, 甜度適中, 亦不會太飽肚, 非常適合作為食完一頓大餐之後的甜品, 趁著假期, 大家不妨試做一下給家人朋友品嘗吧!
伯爵茶奶凍
材料 (4人份):
魚膠粉 5g

50g
糖 30g
2% 鮮奶 230g
35% 鮮忌廉 100g
伯爵茶葉 6g
糖漿材料:
糖 50g
水 30ml
40C 暖水 60ml
During holidays, we may hold or be invited to house parties. It would be nice to bring a dessert which is tasty but not too filling. Today, I am going to share with you this easy recipe of Earl Grey Pudding with homemade syrup. I love the smooth texture of this pudding and the good thing is that I can control the sweetness by making this at home. I hope you would try this recipe during this holiday.
Earl Grey Pudding
Ingredients (serving of 4):
Gelatin powder 5g
Water 50g
Sugar 30g
2% milk 230g
35% whipping cream 100g
Earl grey tea leaves 6g
Syrup ingredients:
Caster sugar 50g
Cold water 30ml
Warm water (40C) 60ml
