Totally love how you're doing doll's faces by hand, it looks soo cool!! And also it's really rare to see someone who is giving doll's pattern for free and it's even properly showed/descibed what to do and in which order
Thanks so much for the pattern :) I made a cute girl doll with it based off a manga (The gentlemen's alliance cross) and made my own clothes for it! You are very talented and generous
Excuse me if you don’t mind me asking but what fabric did you use for your doll skin? And if it’s like the one in the video can you please tell me where you bought it?😭😭 pretty please 🙏
@@laine_geek thank you sooo much!! I could never find this fabric in my local stores, in fact I have been stared at when i asked if they have fabrics for dolls 🥹🥹
@@ruru-chan1853 You're very welcome! I believe the creator used some kind of minky fabric, but I can only find Arctic fleece in the stores around where I live. Also, Arctic fleece doesn't shed when you work with it like minky does, so I always use Arctic fleece to make my plushies 😄
thank you very much for sharing your pattern without restrictions, I feel like very few patterns to make this kind of doll are accessible for English speakers, so I am very grateful to you for sharing one 😭🥺 your sewing and embroidery skills are so impressive ! it gives me hope because I don't have machine embroidery, and by seeing your work, I believe that with a lot of effort and practice, it's possible to have a very nice result without using a machine one day
@@nanaangell the pattern's gdrive link in in the description, and they're a folder with the word "pattern" in its name. If you want to use it, you'll probably have to edit the image contrast or redraw the shapes before printing in order to save ink, as it's not just black & white pictures
Sorry, I don't have time to make dolls because of busy schoolwork. I'll upload another step image to the cloud later. If you have any questions, you can ask me again~~
Omg your hand stitching is so precise and neat! I've wanted to try making a doll, but it looked too hard. Seeing you doing it by hand makes me feel like I an actually try 💜
I plan to make my own plushie and this video really makes me want to do it like right now XD Your embroidery skills are so neat! Love how you showed us your progress~
Great work ,but I have a question …how do you remove the water soluble film off the embroided hair,I did a doll but the hair part became a mess and it was very hard with the velvet fabric for the hair..it was too hard to cut first and then too hard to embroidery too…help me
Sorry I only saw your message now. After embroidery, the water-soluble film will be washed off in water first, and then air-dried naturally. Hope it helps you!
I printed the paper pattern according to the ruler, but it feels smaller than the video. Do you add seam allowances yourself? I can't read Chinese, so I'm sorry if it's written in the video. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
