been watching for a while. First watched because of goo. But then, Ms Wong Wing Sze is indeed very intelligent, linguistically sensitive and quick wit. I like her more and more. 有天早上起来，突然觉得什么东西都没劲，觉得自己做不到想做的事情，也做不到自己应该做的事情，捱完接下来的几十年会不会很辛苦。然后给一个朋友发消息，说好像只有买食物的那一刻能感觉比较开心。然后朋友说“那你就吃吧，然后睡一觉”。那天吃了两天的饭，点了最喜欢的外卖，穿着绒毛睡衣一边吃一边看喜欢的电视剧，然后爬上床睡到晚上。有时候会开始突然害怕自己的情绪，担心有天控制不住它（不会的不会的）

能獨處面對孤獨是一件好事，我從少至大都習慣同家人，朋友，女朋友相處，直至現在一把年紀離婚後才要學怎样面對獨處。幸運地有internet , social media , RU-vid 仍可感覺一些互動。回加拿大一年多了，疫情令整件事更難，想養狗或貓又怕將來要跑來跑去不能照顅它。以前太依賴陪伴不是一件好事，感覺到有人關心你愛你已足够了。

無意中發現這節目，令我重新認識何韻詩這個人，你地好有火花好夾，做得越黎越好。一開始係題目吸引我開始聽，發現好無聊又好好笑（這也功德無量），到而家真係做到啟發聽眾。 另外，聽podcast的我有一個小小疑惑：每集都會剪一小段精華在開始時播，雖然知道題目但沒有前文後理有時會聽到一頭霧水，其實作用係咩呢？感覺由頭開始更一氣呵成。

I did not get my 5G phone until in recent years.. like maybe the last 5? OHHH My GOD..... I remember these terms when I was in my 20s. In my 20s.. we joked.. with my friends.... and one said.."you are experiencing the quarter-life crisis"..... and it took me a while to get it. Yeh.. when you have the cloud above your head is gone. Then you feel and internalise more deeply... When Ms Goo said..."how to deal with productivity"... don't you mean..... "how to focus your life... into a different role".. so that you are prepared? Sometimes.. apart from giving ourselves as the sole worker... for a company. We also wear many hats as well. We are : 1 - a daughter 2 - a wife/partner 3 - a parent/boss Each of these roles.. we should wear a different hat. When your entire life, has been to.. hold onto the same relationship... That is so tough. When you lose the relationship. That is like.... I remember this first feeling. Straight away, I bought to many books to read. To "self help" and to soothe my emotions. One uni friend was so nasty and joked on this. I blocked him. For me... an English friend said very wisely.. whom I met online via my dancing classes. This lady said..."if you cannot help, then do not add on more anxiety"... "help, if you are in a position to help"... Cos sometimes adding more... might just... also deter yourself as well from moving forward. When I think back.. my ex-colleagues are super good. they always arrange a breakfast meal time. Or a small short moment, before work. So.. when the work disappeared.. and we knew that it would... cos everybody knew.. when that ended. We just continued as normal. We fill our day time with chores and admin, and then continue to meet for breakfast. At the end of the day.. your have to exercise, and eat. You cannot escape this. This is what human lives for. Work is something which we arrange... this can always change.. and the speed of how we work.. can sometimes damage the market itself.. as well as lose market too. I mean... It is never a case of "I must earn all the money".. and then can survive. Why do many companies merge or break up all of the time? This is a normal business cycle. So I would not take the business cycle into your own hearts. Never. Never. The problem with HK is that, the number of people has become highly transient.. and this is a BIG problem. Both for those companies, as well as the locals, and as well as the market that your work/company represents. This is soooo bad... And now, when everybody is done. Well..... Big gaps.
