天氣開始涷，好想食一碗熱辣辣嘅越南粉。因為身處於 First Markham Place 附近， 於是乎就來試下呢間在 First Markham Place 對面馬路的 THE PHO Restaurant 食晚餐。似乎呢間係一間幾正宗嘅越南餐館，網上亦有幾高的評價。今晚試完之後我同陳生都覺得食物非常不錯，碗特別牛肉粉有好多材料，越南粉夠滑，牛肉夠腍, , 湯底味道幾清但好夠味，最緊要係唔會令我要不斷地咁飲水。我最喜歡個湯已經加入咗九層塔，果然提升鮮味。而越南炸春卷亦好香脆可口，兼有好多餡料，口感非常豐富！相信我哋好快會再來幚襯。

We tried out an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, THE PHO Restaurant, at Markham . Their house special pho was really good with lots of ingredients and a flavorful soup base. The spring rolls were crunchy with much fillings. It is a great spot for someone who is looking for an authentic hot bowl of Vietnamese pho.
