@@francissia4660, of course just a worker. don't know cause and effect. although it's great to increase the salary, but the real cause and effect? didn't know. rationalize subsidy of diesel is the good example.
@@adrianwang2724 Can increase but subject to company ability or invite staff to join in as shareholder to do....ha ha. I am sure those small sme will make noise. I usually keep good worker no problem salary. If louzy then too bad.

@@adrianwang2724 you can chg to LLP better protection. For Sdn bhd u need pay fee every month also audit. Look to me Johor lot hawker occupy by foreign worker. Owner didn't appear. Last time I remember dap said will never let foreigner occupy. Now cooked by foreigner n taste totally change. In Sarawak we don't have this issue. Though lot youngster tend to move out n work in KL JB spore Penang. Sarawak frankly in particular Sibu left most elderly. Really sad. Why not build Sarawak up full of resources than going out........
It is good for the government to take the lead in salary increase and hope that the private sector can follow suit so that all workers can benefit. But this high and frequent increase will definitely affect businesses.
I disagree with what you mentioned! Can a private individual or a civil servant really survive on a salary of RM 1500? To maintain a high standard of living, whether you are a private individual or a civil servant, the starting salary must jump to at least RM 3000. This would show that Malaysia has higher salary standards and continues to improve year after year.
