This was what aroused suspicion about Chozen. Chozen didnt know what that hamo was. Anyone whos from Kyoto or know about Kyoto would know this food and be surprised and impressed by it when Silver served this to Chozen. But since Chozen didnt know, it alerted Silver that he's not from Kyoto. And then Karii instead of Kampaii alerted Silver that Chozen is from Okinawa.
@@tonymac623 Even in Los Angeles where I live, you cant find this in restaurants. So clearly, Terry had to hire a chef to buy an eel and make this. Lot of process goes into making this. I tried to look for a restaurant that makes this and even most Japanese restaurants in LA dont serve this. I welcome anyone to prove me wrong and list a restaurant that serves this in Southern California and i will gladly go there to eat it. 😁
Why do people wear jewelry and watches when cooking food? its filthy disgusting, not to mention you get bits and pieces of the food stuck to what you wear.
