How did the Magic Makers strike the right balance when bringing the story of “Frozen” to life while considering practical operation needs?
Emily from the Business Strategy and Operations Experience Integration team, along with Brian from Operations Development, participated in the construction of the entire World of Frozen❄️project. They represented Hong Kong Disneyland when presenting the operational requirements to Disney Imagineers, and they continuously communicated with various operation teams at the park, to ensure a balance between creativity, operational needs, and safety, in order to create a great guest experience✨.
