腌制鸡：8个鸡翅、1勺盐、2勺酱油、1勺胡椒粉、2个蛋清、4勺玉米淀粉
其他材料：1颗蒜、1把九层塔、8片疯柑叶、3勺蚝油
1）把鸡翅加入1勺盐、2勺酱油、1勺胡椒粉、2个蛋清、4勺玉米淀粉抓均匀腌制
2）蒜切末，九层塔&疯柑叶切小条
3）热锅热油，鸡翅炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油爆香蒜末，倒入九层塔、疯柑叶、炸好的鸡翅&3勺蚝油炒均匀即可❤️
