5g Sichuan pepper, 2g fennel, 5g cooked white sesame, 5g salt
Peanut filling:
110g cooked flour (80g medium-gluten flour; 30g glutinous rice flour)
150g cooked peanut crumbs, 30g cooked white sesame, 80g peanut butter
40g peanut oil, 6g homemade pepper and salt, 35g powdered sugar
Puff pastry:
210g low-gluten flour, 100g softened butter, 25g powdered sugar
45g whole egg liquid, 10g milk powder, 3g baking powder, 25g peanut butter
