I don't know if you're already familiar with Galaxy Collapse, but it's the only song I've ever heard that's like this. It's by the same artist, Scattered Faith is actually its sequel. It's really good!

Let me explain how I meet this 黑皇帝. Couple of years ago (2016 I assume) Galaxy Collapse was ranked in osu!mania, I dropped comment in the map. Suddenly 黑皇帝 showed up and asked me am I the person who talked to certain person a lot, and I was like yeah lmao That's how we meet. Sorry for not answering this question for long time.
