These are sebaceous filaments and this is not the proper treatment for them. They're going to come back because the pore isn't entirely clear, and the patient requires treatment to shrink the pores.
They are and this is part of a spa treatment to remove the excess oil and then shrink the pores afterwards. This is only a few minutes of a much longer treatment. They do not show the whole thing.
Waste of time. A simple pore cleaning masque would have worked better. These aren’t blackheads, their sebaceous filaments and a masque would do just fine.
