Nice job on the pacing! Things weren't too slow and they also weren't too fast. Though I would work on development. For instance I feel there could have been more scenes of Sans and Flowey talking to each other as Sans does carry him around for the majority of the time. Overall I think you should look into giving the characters more meaningful or deeper interactions. Though other than that I find this to be a pretty good first episode.
