라이브 아카데미 토를러 알게 돼서 구독한지 1년 정도 된 것 같아요. 드디어 토를러 채널 정주행 완료했어요! 아카데미 채널도 하드코어는 어려워서 제가 자주 사용할 것 같은 문법만 위주로 공부했어요. 공책 2권이 나왔어요. 영어에 대한 의욕만 있고 어떻게 공부해야 될지 감도 잡히지 않았는데 지금은 매일 짧게 영어 일기도 쓰고 있고 영어 전화도 하면서 영상 보고 공부했던 문장 써보려고 노력하고 있어요! 무료로 이런 퀄리티의 강의를 듣는다는 게 얼마나 감사한지 몰라요! 채널 열심히 홍보하고 있어요^^ 앞으로도 꾸준히 공부할게요 항상 감사해요 빨간모자쌤🧡❤️💛

EBS 이근철수능영어(20여년 전..) 이후로, 처음입니다. 무엇이? 쏙쏙 들어오는 강의가..! 라이브아카데는 제 수준이상이라 부담스러웠는 데, 토들러를 알고부터, 어제부터 듣고 있습니다. I studied at home with LA(Live Academy) 2 hours yesterday. From now on, I am going to study 3 hours a day. (※순식간에, 배운거 기억해서 영작해 봤습니다. 틀린부분은 그 어느 누구라도 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다-!)

I left home late than usual. I didn't want to be troubled with crowded subway. (I didn't want to be got stuck in(held up at) crowded situation). So l left after around 8. But there were (much) more people than I thought. I think more people are going to(are taking a subway to go to work) work late in the morning like me because of this corona thing.

I have one question. I normally take the subway instead of driving, can I use the expression "to beat the traffic"? I mean, I don't get what 'the traffic' means exactly. In case that I just don't want to be in such a crowded subway, can I use that expression? Or should I use 'the traffic' just only for speaking of lots of cars on the street?
