Besides, sometimes I do this just for the sole reason that I think that re-filling my bowl over and over again gets pretty tiring.

@@IENB 시리얼 뒷면에 하루권장섭취량 해놓고 100그람당 몇 칼로리 써놓잖아요. 평균적으로 100그람당 130칼로리쯤 되는데 그게 종이컵 한 컵 분량이에요.... 머그컵에 잔뜩 부어 먹었었는데 종이컵 분량으로 따져보니 3컵은 되더라구요... ㅎㅎ...다이어트 할 때 식사대용으로 먹었는데 거의 400칼로리를 섭취했네요....ㅎㅎ 쌀 밥 한공기보다 높은 칼로리....

Just watched my secret romance, and somehow I got here, I’m still laughing...... took me back in time, to any mother of grown up sons, it will strike a chord. I’m hungry, hollow legs, need food and I want it now, not wasting energy getting a bowl when all I am going to do is refill it, big spoon is good, wants instant gratification with the least amount of effort, little to no washing up.
