The song didnt fit them doesnt equal to the judges saying that none of them are worth a boot, they chose a song to emphasize coolness but it didnt turn out that way. Its like having a ballad, then u suddenly do a break down kinda song-really weird. It just didnt match. And also not everyone will pick whoever you bias, they look for a member that stands out in the performance that they showed. Fans may know how great and talented they r on other vids but if its not showcased there, theres no value to it. Its all about judges preference of choice. And what the idols give out dueing audition

Okay I’m going to need y’all to take your biased opinion down right now and actually KNOW the reason why they didn’t give boots, the song choice wasn’t suited with their voices when you hear it and it doesn’t sound that eye popping. So don’t bash so quickly and understand what the mentors were seeing/pointing out
Yes, you're right, the song doesn't fit them but it doesn't change the fact that when you hear HT's rap you know he's pretty good at what he's doing. Or when Lex sang that duet with one of the judges you can hear his voice is amazing. And he still didn't get a boot. That's what makes me, personally, very sad. I'm sorry if some of Waves sounded bitter but we were hoping that this can be a chance for the boys, chance to get the recognition they deserve because they've always been ignored by people. And we can see how much has Ron improved (he's improved so much I'm so proud of him ;w;) and we know how hard they work so seeing them being rejected like this is very hard for our hearts. Once again I'm sorry for our reactions. You're right, they should have chosen a song that would fit their style more.
Well, Taemin was right. The song is too powerful for them. Its not like Bigflo is not talented but they should have done it in their own style instead of doing it in original style.

i think it was better if kbs choose judges among of older idols not hyuna or taemin (i like both) but it's a little uncomfortable to see the younger or hubae judge older/sonbae!!! [i thinks it's hard for both side too as we see here or what we saw when hyuna & taemin cried] like from 2pm, highlight(beast), infinite, super junior, snsd, t ara, ...
let me give you some information Taemin is young but he has 10 years of experiences when it comes to skills no one see who is sunbae nor hoobae. he was chos3en as a mentor bcuz he was the most prominent skillfull dancers who knows and experienced lots of things on dancing. he work so hard for his vocals too look at him now taemin comes in skillfull proficent vocalist list too his hardwork & dedication help him too be where he is today btw there are so many young rookies who sees taemin as their role models & some of them are even older then him. so idc what are you trying to prove ???
mahsa.19 s They picked Taemin and Hyuna for various reasons and we can all bet that the more important reason is because they have a lot of experience. That said, IT JUST SO HAPPENED that Hyuna and Taemin are quite young. But age shouldn’t be a major factor. And with your last remark, what if it was an OLDER JUDGE WHO CRIED? would you have judged them then as you are now towards Hyuna and Taemin? They may be younger than a few contestants and are judging the ones older than them, but *lets be real*, isnt that what happens in the "real world"? An older employee could work for a boss that’s younger than him! And the older guys is Key’s age so he’s not even THAT old to feel awkward that a “young” person is judging him lol Im getting to deep but just trying to get my point across:)
Lol i bet they chose taemin as mentor for his 10 years experience and excellent skills, not bcs of the age. Yes taemin is younger than some of the contestants, but he has more experiences than most of them. There are only few contestants who debuted earlier than taemin, but (no offense please) they're not as successful as taemin, that's why they're there. Taemin is doing good as a mentor though, watch the whole episode.
