I believe Handong trained in musical theater at university or something similar in China. I believe I read somewhere that her professor knew someone at Happyface, so when they were looking for extra members for Dreamcatcher he asked if she was interested. I think she only trained for 2 months (I know it was a short amount of time) before DC debuted, so she was already talented.

This made me wishing for HF to start using their harmonization in the future. Or JiU with any of these two coz JiU voice is soft so it should be a great contrast for harmonization with Siyeon or Yoohyeon.
