The store that makes this is called "Xing Fu Tang". You can literally find this everywhere. (I have only saw this store in Malaysia but hope you can find it)
What do you mean? I mean bubble tea is original from Taiwan. Just look at the Chinese on the cup. It said Taiwan. so of course the first who made it is Taiwanese and most Korean know it. Or do you mean that Taiwan is not a country? It’s disrespectful for them tho.
