They exist in the fictional universe of that drama, all the guys in the band, in real life are actors or idols/singers, their stage names in the band are their character's names on the show: Yoon Taein: Portrayed by Lee Jun Young (U-Kiss) Seo Wooyeon: Jang Dongjoo (actor) Lee Shin: Kim JongHyun (Nu'est JR) Woo Gaon: Kim Donghyun (AB6ix) Kim Yuchan: Yoon Jisung (Wanna One/Soloist) Basically everyone here is playing a character, the character being part of a band in the drama. That's why it's a "fictional band".

If LUNA were a real band I would've already joined Moonlight fancafe membership by now 😭❤ How are ALL of their songs so cool?! I'm so proud that NUEST JR wrote his own lyrics for his rap part, he's credited on the song. SBS please let LUNA perform on SBS Gayo! Its good promotion for the drama as well as the groups too ;)

I watched it and then a couple of months later watched it again. And before I watched it the second time, I decided to see what I remembered. I remembered the band name, the fandom name, the song titles, but not any of the characters' names.
