One thing that I love about this is that the desserts as a whole are small. In America, the cook books my family have makes such big portions. Now that I’m on my own with a roommate, making such big portions turns out to be a waste. I love the sizes of these. :)
@@beelzemobabbity exactly lol imagine a giant batch of cookies uses 1 egg, i wanna make half but wtf do i do w half an egg left? 🥴 its so much easier to have smaller recipes and be able to double it, than trying to split a big recipe in half
@@subliminalpeach Imagine making all the cookie dough and either freezing it for future use or gifting cookies to friends, neighbors, and coworkers. The possibilities really don't end at "the recipe can't be split."
@@subliminalpeach but for a small batch of cookies you would only use one egg anyway... A giant batch depending on how big would use maybe like 4-6 eggs which can be split even if it's 5 you can get different sized eggs or just round it up

Those marshmallows are called "sustancias" in my country. They are a bit softer and grainier than packed marshmallows, and in my opinion, the cornstach takes that overly sweet edge industrial marshmallows have and make them softer and more cloud-like. 100% approve
