Stephanie Padonu There are many types of seaweed. Try the ones at local grocery stores. The best ones for me are at Walmart. I like the organic types with sesame oil and/or sea salt. Some types perhaps in the video, you have to hold it over a flame a few seconds to make it crispy. But try the ones sold at Walmart, I used to hate seaweed before.
