I was craving cornbread so I made it for a weekend brunch!🌽
Corn-bread is called bread, but it's not what you think it is. Moist and soft texture than scones, but lighter than pound cake..? It's in the middle of the texture, but if you make it with this recipe, the flavor is really good and it's so delicious.
