Can't find any Eng sub to this day but I will give you a brief translation from what I've watched in the Chinese sub. Background: Wooyoung and Nichkhun joined in an episode before the 2017-2021 hiatus so the chef (Im Ji-ho) was happy to see them again. They brought Jun.K along this time. This ep was aired in December 2020. 4:45 Khun had mentioned in his previous appearance about being away from home and his parents since a young age. Chef said it must have been so hard for him. Khun said the past 14 years were made easier because of the members took care of him and befriended him. Chef said he did well and complimented him for his Korean. Apparently Khun sounded like a native and Chef didn't even know he was a foreigner when they first met.😆 They talked about how the members are preparing for a comeback once everyone is discharged. (note: Taecyeon was in a separate episode before enlisting so Chef has also met him before) 8:00 Chef talked about the different dishes he made for each 2PM member after finding out what they liked. 17:49 WY was asked about why he said he feels conflicted that as someone in his 30s is only beginning to enjoy the carefreeness of youth (the phrase is "youth came late" so I think that's what they meant?). He talked about how he spent his 20s so consumed by his career. At some point the very thing he enjoyed (music/dancing) stopped feeling fun for him. It got to a point where he wanted to quit the industry, drop everything and go back to Busan. Then he saw a documentary about the legendary Choi Baek-ho and how he overcame a long slump/mental block to come back with the big 1995 hit "About Romance". It gave him the strength to continue. 19:39 Chef asked WY whether members knew. WY said he never told them the full story because he didn't want to burden them. 20:33 Jun.K talked about when his dad died suddenly in 2012. He went from having a carefree life to suddenly having to be the oldest son which entails being in charge of the state of affairs at home, planning the funeral, worrying about his mom, etc. He was so numb and only cried when the members showed up (and helped out). WY was the one who helped collect the honorarium. It was when he realized that the members were essentially his family and he felt so thankful for them. 22:05 Khun said he is used to being alone in a foreign country (note: he was packed off to boarding school in NZ at age 11/12 and has never lived in the same country as his parents ever since). He is used to being the strong one and internalizing everything and taking care of others instead of himself. Chef compared life to being tossed around like waves, even though you're being battered and tossed around at least you're still moving forward. He commented Khun had to lock away his childlike innocence as a survival mechanism for so many years and has only been able to let that side of him out recently.

@@ramdhania8288 Sadly the chef passed away in 2021 from a sudden heart attack. He is a really deep philosophical guy and I love to watch his cooking segments of the episodes. The 6 of them really treat each other as brothers. They address one another's parents as mom and dad and have also performed at the weddings of Junho and Wooyoung's older sisters.
