Housing markets always through cycles of up and down. It doesn't matter whether you live in Korea, USA, CHINA or Europe. I suspect US inflation will stabilize over the next 12 months and interest rates will come down dramatically early next year. US centeral banks Fed funds rate is going down in 2025, which will prop up property prices around the world including Korea. However, you have to very careful where you invest. Definitely don't buy properties outside of Seoul capital region. Property prices in incheon, Pusan, Daegu and daejon have very poor outlook due to rapid population decline. Just focus on Seoul, especially surrounding Yongsan International business district, Yongsan Central Park, Hannam dong, Wonhyoro and Huam dong
