미니 연유 쿠키 (우유 쿠키) 만들기 : Mini Condensed milk Cookies Recipe | Cooking tree 

이거...진짜 겁나맛있어요... 단거 싫어해서 시판되는 연유 안쓰고 덜단 연유 직접 만들어서 사용했어요. 그리고 살짝 식힌다음에 콩가루+슈가파우더(콩가루 비율이 높으니깐 조금 퍽퍽해서 슈가파우더를 조금 더 넣었어요) 살짝 스노우볼 쿠키 만들듯이 살짝 굴려주고 체에 한번 털었더니 진짜 존맛탱😆 아주 얇게 입히셔야 안텁텁하고 안달아요!!

These turned out so well! Once they cooled, I poured a chocolate sauce (30g dark, 30g milk, 40g heavy whipping cream) over the cookies and my family loved them. So addictive. You just keep grabbing bite sized pieces until they’re all gone. Thank you, Cooking Tree, for another great recipe!

간증 글이 없어서 올려봅니다! 방금 해봤는데 과하게 달지않고 적당히 담백해서 괜찮아요 :) 저는 그 위에 슈가파우더 살짝 뿌렸는데 은은히 더 단맛 돌고 좋았습니다. 반죽이 질척이지않고 형태를 유지하는데다가 반죽이 하얗기때문에 색소 사용하고 쿠키틀로 찍으면 깔끔할 것 같다 생각해서 저는 파랑색에 예쁜 꽃모양으로 찍었습니다 :D 만약 저처럼 색소쓰신다면 밀가루 넣기전에 색소섞으시는걸 추천드려요. 맛있구 간단해서 좋았습니다. 레시피 감사해요!

I tried making these and I failed. I'll try again another day. I think it was because I didn't use a hand mixer and was just using a whisk and couldn't get it to that consistency. Also my arm was really tired LOL. I'm gonna have a buff arm after this

옥수수전분이 없으면 다른 걸로 대체하거나 생략해도 되나요?

I made them, and I was forced to use regular butter since I didn't have any unsalted butter and even then, they were SO good! I ate one, and I just kept eating more. Had to force myself to stop XD My family loved them too.

이거 만들어봤는데 오븐에서 연유 냄새가 솔솔솔 나더라구요~ 그리고 가루류 넣고 잘 안뭉쳐지길래 뭐가 잘못된건가 당황스러웠는데 영상 처럼 손으로 반죽하니가 뭉쳐지더라구요~~~ 식감이랑 맛은 그 쇼트브레드 쿠키 비슷한것 같구요ㅡ 연유가 들어가서 연유의 풍미가 더 느껴지네여
